For external use :

Ingredients:
nettle floral water, no additives, no preservatives and no added fragrance.
Usually recommended dosage:
- External use: apply to cleansed skin with a cotton pad, then apply day care or after shampooing lotion;
- Internal use: Hydrosols can be drunk, pure or diluted depending on taste. It is generally recommended 1 to 2 tablespoons per day, as a 21-day cure, renewable after a week of stoppage.

produced in Montauban sur l'Ouvèze with local and organic plants.
