Toning and soothing for the skin:
 For external use : it tones the skin, refreshes and soothes itching. It will therefore be particularly recommended for tired and poorly irrigated skin. But it also calms irritations, sunburns and itching such as insect bites and acne-prone and oily skin.
 Can be used as a mouth or footwash to deodorize.
 Very good aftershave lotion.
 Can also be used as a repellent spray against insects associated with lavender and / or geranium hydrosol.
 For internal use : you can consume it, at the rate of a teaspoon after heavy meals.

Organic peppermint hydrosol: invigorating and soothing for the skin

  • Externally: apply with a cotton ball on the face or with a compress during pain such as migraine or sprain. But also by spraying, to refresh, deodorize or as a repellent.

    Internally: a teaspoon after the meal or 75ml of hydrosol mixed with 1 liter of water to make ice creams or in hot or cold drinks. Can also be added to desserts.

    Store in the fridge after opening and consume within about 6 months. If the smell turns, it is because the hydrosol is no longer good but it is not dangerous for health.
