I will more particularly recommend hydrosols for burns due to sunburn, for insect bites but also in prevention and those that will help you cool off, particularly recommended for children and the elderly. With the 6 hydrosols or floral waters that follow you will have a complete first aid kit, it is about chamomile, lavender, peppermint, cornflower, lemon balm and lemon grass.

Matricaria chamomile

- For sunburns burns, you can apply matricaria chamomile, lavender, and peppermint, either by compress (if it is tolerable) or by spraying. You can also combine them equally. Do not forget to hydrate your skin afterwards, the synergies of black seed oils and in particular the black seed / lavender synergy, will be perfect for that, while relieving you.

Nigella-citronella duo

- Against insect bites, the hydrosols mentioned above are also very good, that is to say, matricaria chamomile, lavender and peppermint, to which you can also add cornflower and lemon balm.
